Dily ("we," "us," "our") is a savings application currently in pre-launch development. This website (dily.app) is a marketing and information site. It does not currently allow you to deposit, withdraw, or hold any funds. No financial product or service is being offered through this website at this time.

The Dily mobile and web application is in active development. When launched, it will be governed by a separate, full Terms and Conditions document that will be published in advance.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the dily.app website only. They do not govern the future use of the Dily application or any product features.

This website is intended for users aged 18 or older. The Dily product, when launched, will be initially focused on users in the European Union. Availability in specific jurisdictions will be confirmed at launch.
